How we sequence a warehouse build

From the first soil test to the final concrete pour, every stage of our workflow is documented, reviewed, and tied to a specific deliverable. No open-ended timelines, no vague handoffs.

Project Timeline and Delivery Milestones

A chronological record of the phases we follow, from initial site assessment to final handover of the structural documentation.

Phase 01 - Site Survey and Soil Analysis

We begin with a full topographical survey and soil bearing tests. This data determines the foundation depth and the load assumptions for the entire structural frame.

Phase 02 - Preliminary Structural Layout

Column grids, bay spacing, and roof truss configurations are drafted against the warehouse operational brief. The layout is checked for crane clearances and racking loads.

Phase 03 - Detailed Blueprint Production

Reinforcement schedules, connection details, and steel member specifications are produced. Every drawing is reviewed against Malaysian building codes before issue.

Phase 04 - Authority Submission and Approval

Structural calculations and drawings are compiled for submission to the local authorities. We manage the technical queries and revise documents until approval is granted.

Phase 05 - Construction Support and Site Inspection

During construction, our engineers conduct regular site inspections to verify that the concrete and steelwork match the approved blueprints. Any deviations are documented and corrected.

Phase 06 - As-Built Documentation and Handover

Final as-built drawings are prepared, reflecting all approved changes made during construction. The complete set is handed over with a structural integrity summary.

01

Site survey and soil assessment

We begin with a full topographical survey and soil bearing tests. This determines the foundation depth and slab thickness before any line is drawn.

02

Structural blueprint drafting

Our engineers produce detailed CAD drawings covering column grids, beam schedules, and load calculations. Every dimension is checked against the site data.

03

Technical review and approval

Blueprints are reviewed internally and with your project team. Revisions are tracked, and the final set is issued only after all structural concerns are resolved.

04

Construction coordination

We stay on site during the critical phases: foundation pouring, steel erection, and concrete curing. This keeps the build aligned with the approved drawings.

05

As-built documentation

After completion, we deliver as-built drawings that reflect the actual installed structure. These records support future maintenance and expansion planning.
