This document defines the conditions under which Dominiqueribes provides technical blueprints, structural planning, and related engineering services for corporate logistics warehouse projects in Malaysia.
Dominiqueribes supplies structural blueprints, load calculations, and technical planning documents for large-scale logistics warehouses. Deliverables are limited to the engineering scope stated in each project agreement. Any work outside that stated scope, including architectural design, construction supervision, or geotechnical investigation, requires a separate written agreement.
The client is responsible for providing accurate site survey data, soil reports, and existing structural information before work begins. The client must also obtain all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities. Dominiqueribes relies on the completeness of this information when preparing structural plans and cannot be held liable for errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate client-supplied data.
All blueprints, drawings, and technical documents remain the intellectual property of Dominiqueribes until full payment is received. Upon settlement, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the specific project named in the agreement. Redistribution, resale, or reuse of the documents for a different site or project without written consent is prohibited.
Dominiqueribes liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service rendered. The firm is not liable for indirect damages, construction delays, cost overruns, or failures resulting from site conditions not disclosed in the client-supplied survey data. Structural recommendations are valid only for the site conditions documented at the time of the survey.
Each deliverable is subject to a defined revision cycle. The client receives one round of comments and corrections per document stage. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed cycle are billed separately. Final sign-off on structural drawings must be provided in writing by the client before documents are released for construction use.
Either party may terminate an active agreement with fourteen days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the notice date. Dominiqueribes reserves the right to update these terms as regulations or internal practices change. Clients will be notified of material changes by email at least thirty days before they take effect.
