This option is for teams that have the site and the basic idea, but need someone to walk the structural decisions through with them before the first drawing is issued. Instead of handing over a generic template, we sit with your project lead, review the load assumptions, and map out the constraints that actually shape the warehouse layout.

The focus stays on practical use. We look at column spacing against racking layouts, floor flatness tolerances for forklift traffic, and how the roof structure interacts with the mezzanine levels you may already be planning. These are the tradeoffs that usually get missed until the steel is already ordered.
